About Jill — Educator, Creator, Motivator

Meet Jill!
For more than 20 years, I have worked in a variety of organizations in different roles. Whether it was for American Airlines, Club Corp, Cabi, school districts or a Non-Profit, I found that my strengths came to light in leadership roles, motivating others, change management and working one- on-one with staff to help them improve in their work.
I have always been the “therapist” among my friends and co-workers, so when a friend approached me about becoming a life coach, literally on a whim, I decided to do it! Coaching appeals to me because it is less about going back to the past and more about moving towards the life that you want to live. I have a tremendous passion for encouraging others and equipping them with strategies to overcome obstacles in the way of their dreams. Helping someone to discover and live out their life purpose is very rewarding! -
If you're looking for change, whether it be personally or professionally, I would love to talk with you! Read more below about some of the most common questions asked.
Q. Why Does Someone Need a Coach?
Coaching is for everyone, no matter how educated or emotionally intelligent you are! Working with a coach provides you with a guided opportunity to explore your strengths, your dreams and how to initiate change in your life one step at a time. Coaching provides the framework needed to achieve results in reaching goals across all walks of life. My training suggests that the answers are inside the individual; I have the questions and the tools to bring those “answers” to the surface so that we can together create the life you want.
Q. What Value Do You Bring as a Coach?
One of my greatest strengths is to get to the core of the issue very quickly and to help implement change so the client is encouraged and desires to continue the process. Change is very difficult for all of us, whether we initiated the process or not. I am good at recognizing when someone is stuck and needs a different approach to succeed. I am often told I'm a good listener, empathetic, creative, supportive and caring. On the flipside, I will call a spade a spade and hold your feet to the fire!
Q.What Will Our First Coaching Session Look Like?
Our first meeting is a 30 minute complimentary session. During this time, we will discuss your reason for seeking a coach and talk about overall goals. This is also a great time for both of us to decide if we are a good fit for each other. It is important to feel an immediate level of comfort with one another. From there, I will provide you with the recommended number of coaching sessions needed to help you achieve your desired objective.

Q. What Are the Benefits of a Coaching Relationship?
The coaching relationship is so unique! How fun it is to talk about your hopes and dreams and then craft a plan to turn those into reality! Within our coaching relationship, you will find your biggest cheerleader, mentor and encourager! It's one of the best financial, emotional, and beneficial investments you will make in your life!
